Delivery FAQs


NEXY DAY DELIVERY is only available on selected items. Please see the NEXT DAT category's for the selected items (typically clothing, hats, bags & shoes).  These items are shipped via Royal Mail or DPD and you will be provided with tracking information if requested. THIS IS NOT SENT TO YOU AUTOMATICALLY. 


Next day delivery orders are required to be placed before 3PM to receive the following WORKING DAY (MONDAY TO FRIDAY ONLY). If your order is placed after 3PM the order will be processed the following working day, and you should expect delivery of your order within 1 WORKING day after your order is processed. For example, if you place a NEXT day delivery order on a Friday after 3PM your order will be processed and dispatched ON MONDAY. NEXT DAY DELIVERY IS NOT COUNTED AS A SATURDAY

If your order contains a mix of items including those not included in the NEXT day delivery category, these items will be posted separately and should be expected within the current delivery timescales (approx 2-4 weeks). Next day shipping option should be selected when ordering a mix of items. 

Please ensure you select the appropriate shipping for your order or the additional costs will be invoiced before your order is dispatched. 


It is your responsibility to select the correct shipping method for your order. 


When will you dispatch my order?

We want you to get your new purchase as soon as possible! That’s why we start preparing your orders the following working day. If you place your order during the weekend, we will start processing it on the following Monday. All orders are fulfilled and processed within 5 working days (THAT ARE NOT NEXT DAY ORDERS)


How can I track my order?

Tracking information will be sent to you via email typically within 7-10 days of ordering. When the tracking is through to you it may show as below on Royal Mail's website.


 Your tracking number may show this when you first get it.

Your tracking number needs to update. This may take a UPTO 1 WEEK. When an update is available this will show. Please follow the instructions provided by Royal Mail and try again tomorrow. This is no cause for concern and is completely normal.

This item is now leaving the originating country. More information will be available when it arrives in the UK.



"ITEM LEAVING OVERSEAS" means it has left CHINA. 

Please expect no update until your order arrives in the UK.

The next update will be when it arrives into the destination country. Once it's arrived to the destination country it will be delivered within 2 working days. (UK- Royal Mail).

For orders outside of the United Kingdom use your own national postage service website to track your parcel or



If you have a tracking number, that's the correct number for your delivery. Sometimes tracking doesn't update at all and will still be delivered before it even updates, we are not in control of this. 


Do you provide updates on my order?
No. You can expect to receive three separate communications from us sent directly to the email address you enter at checkout. Please ensure you check your junk mail as they may slip in there automatically. 
  • A confirmation email - you can expect this immediately after checking out. 
  • A dispatch email - this will be when your order has been processed 
  • A tracking information email - as mentioned above you can typically expect this 7-10 days after ordering. 


You will not be able to track your order until you receive the tracking information. This is sent to you automatically and you are not required to request this information. 

We have no further information to provide you with, we ask that you use the tracking information to receive the most recent updates as your order makes its way to you.


I've only received one of my items, where is my other part of my order? 
Items are packaged individually and often get separated during transit, this is not uncommon, and is no cause for concern. Your other item(s) will arrive as soon as possible. We can request additional tracking information if required. 

What happens if I miss my parcel?

Royal Mail will attempt to deliver your parcel, should you not be there, the driver may leave the parcel with your neighbour, or take it to your delivery office collection point where you can then collect it with a photo ID. (The location is available on the tracking, or on the delivery note left by the driver.)

I entered the wrong shipping address. What can i do?

Nothing, for us to be protected by PayPal we must ship to the delivery address provided by PayPal. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

My Delivery is late?

Our delivery times are estimates based on 95% of our parcels, we are not in control of speeding your parcel up. 

During these unprecedented times, we continue to work hard to process every order as quickly as possible.  However, despite our best endeavours, it’s likely some areas of the country will experience some level of disruption of postal services due to Coronavirus-related absences at local mail centres or delivery offices. We’re sorry about this and it is a situation that we cannot control or avoid. Every order is important to us, and we work hard to keep any delays to a minimum.
