Refunds and Exchanges


We do not offer refunds or exchanges, this is a custom order placed on your behalf solely intended for your use.


We may offer you a size exchange for any item you’re not completely happy (THIS IS OUR DISCRETION) within reasonable cause providing the item is returned to us in an unused/unworn and saleable condition within 7 days of receiving. All items must be returned in their original boxes and packaging. DO NOT TAPE OVER THE BOX, this will result in the parcel being refused and send back to you. 

If you are unsure about your purchase please contact our customer service team with any questions you may have. Exchanges are costly to the business and unreasonable complaints will not be accepted could they have been prevented.

We aim to process all returns within 5 working days of us receiving the goods. Please ensure that you fill out your returns form in full before sending it back to us as this will help to avoid any delays with identifying and processing your exchange.

This product is bought on behalf of you and shipped to you directly. We do not at any point handle this product and have sourced these quality goods for you. We act purely as a personal shopper, not a manufacturer. You are as a customer paying us to locate the quality goods you see on our website to then be shipped to you.

Processing a return?

We will not cover the return postage unless the fault lays with us. We will cover up to £6.50 in return postage (1st class signed for) Royal Mail

NEED TO EXCHANGE? THE COST IS £15 WHICH COVERS THE COST OUR SHIPPER REQUIRES TO RE SHIP AND RE PACK YOUR ORDER. 

UK Customers

Simply follow the instructions on the returns leaflet enclosed in your email and return using royal mail. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. If you are shipping an item over £90, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

International Customers

You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us. Follow the returns by post instructions above and return parcels using your local postal services to. If you are shipping an item over £90, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
